This has gained the company a range of valued customers of all sizes from practically every sector throughout the UK; including local authorities, national retail chains, financial institutions, housing associations, schools and Universities. The business operates from well equipped offices in Manchester and St Albans.

The company is quality assured to ISO 9001 and 14001 (Environmental Management) and UKAS 17020 (Inspection of Asbestos). It has public liability and professional indemnity insurance to satisfy customer requirements. Property Tectonics complies with the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a registered firm and is also Construction Line and Construction Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) registered. The firm is an Affiliate Member of the Association of European Building Surveyors and Construction Experts.
