All full time staff are shareholders and have a say in their workplace, working practices and company policy and direction. Issues such as health and safety, care for the environment and social responsibility are taken very seriously and all staff are engaged in the strategic direction of the company and its ethos, brand and people centred processes.

The company is quality assured to ISO 9001 and 14001 (Environmental Management) and UKAS 17020 (Inspection of Asbestos). It has public liability and professional indemnity insurance to satisfy customer requirements. Property Tectonics complies with the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as a registered firm and is also Construction Line and Construction Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) registered. The firm is an Affiliate Member of the Association of European Building Surveyors and Construction (AEEBC) and our activities extend to the European community so that we keep in touch with the latest thinking and best practices across Europe.

The business operates from well equipped offices in Manchester and St Albans. Both offices are fully equipped with the latest IT facilities and together can provide national coverage throughout the UK. Both offices are linked via a Wide Area Network and operate as a single organisation using company wide quality assured processes and information. Staff and other resources are shared across both offices to encourage team participation and help ensure that a consistent high quality customer experience is delivered wherever pt operates.
