Lifespan Housing
Lifespan Housing developed in the late 1980’s and represented one of the first software applications available in the niche area of property asset management.
Developed primarily for the social housing sector, Lifespan Housing is one of the leading products in the market place with over 50 Local Authorities, RSL’s and ALMO’s using the system to prepare:

Lifespan Commercial
Lifespan Commercial is a web based asset management software solution that was developed based upon the success of our Lifespan Housing product.
Lifespan Commercial incorporates a host of modules geared towards management of commercial properties. It can assist building owners to manage their estate with respect to:
- Maintenance
- fire risk assessments
- water hygiene
- radon
- appliance servicing
- landlord and tenant
- intelligent management diary
A web based module developed to assist building owners to collect, store and manage asbestos throughout its existence in the building. This application is available as a standalone product but is also integrated with both Lifespan Housing and Lifespan Commercial.
Government approved web based software providing the approved energy calculation for commercial buildings. Lifespan SBEM is the software used by all Chartered Surveyors accredited with the RICS to produce and lodge energy performance certificates for Non domestic properties. The software is also available to use by members of ELMHURST and BRE Accreditation Scheme.
Government approved web based software providing the approved energy calculation for residential properties. Lifespan RdSAP is the software used by Chartered Surveyors accredited with the RICS to produce and lodge energy performance certificates for domestic properties. The software is also integrated in Lifespan Housing.
Lifespan DEC is a web based solution available to produce Display Energy Certificates for energy assessors registered with the RICS, Elmhurst, BRE and Quidos accreditation schemes.
The only web based solution available in the marketplace for social housing providers to benchmark their stock with respect to the BRE Ecohomes XB assessment. The module is currently being used by BRE in a pilot scheme to assess 16,000 dwellings in Wales.
