Registered Social Landlord (RSL) Regenda appointed pt to test the value of its new and refurbished housing developments.

pt was able to provide Regenda with life cycle cost information to forecast expenditure and identify future maintenance liabilities for its completed new developments over the next 60 years to test compliance against the sector benchmark and demonstrate value for money.

Regenda’s regional development manager, Daniel Griffiths thanked pt for the professionalism it displayed throughout the project, saying that "the work undertaken fitted the requirements of our asset management team and also assisted greatly with audit compliance."
