pt Sponsors UHSM Staff AwardsFor University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust, the annual Staff Awards are a chance to say a big thank you to its dedicated staff who, every day, are making an outstanding contribution to service delivery and patient care. The awards were open to everyone, including private partner staff and university staff and all were encouraged to make a nomination and help UHSM reward the very best. Property Tectonics was delighted to sponsor the "Outstanding Partner Award" in recognition of the sterling work done by the Trust’s partner organisations. The award is for an employee or team from private partners who have gone the extra mile to deliver a fantastic service. This year’s winner was Frank Tooth from Sodexo and the award was presented by Professor Trevor Mole, Property Tectonics’ Managing Director. Paul Featherstone, the Trusts’ Director of Estates and Facilities, said "the Trust was extremely pleased to secure the sponsorship of Property Tectonics in this very important category. Many excellent submissions were made and the three shortlisted finalists have all made an outstanding contribution in supporting the Trust over the previous year" he added "Frank Tooth is a worthy winner and is a credit to his employer Sodexo". There were 14 categories in total, including the popular Patient’s Choice award, and this year the Trust received over 160 nominations. The awards ceremony took place on Friday 23rd April at the prestigious Whitworth Hall in Manchester city centre. Attended by 350 guests and hosted by the Trust’s Chairman, Felicity Goodey, the night proved to be a huge success! |
