Property Tectonics helps Primary Care Trusts Property Tectonics has been commissioned by Stockport Health Enterprises (Part of Stockport Primary Care Trusts) to assist with their Estate Management functions. Primary Care Trusts need to have a thorough understanding of their property assets in order to calculate what it will cost to maintain their estate and identify opportunities for improvement, adaptation and rationalisation. Following publication of the NHS Plan in 2000 the NHS Estates document Estatecode was produced to provide an approach to obtaining this information based on a six facet survey:
With its wide and extensive experience of stock condition surveys throughout the country and expertise in the field of data collection and manipulation, pt are ideally placed to provide a bespoke service to Primary Care customers. Property Tectonics has over many years been involved in detailed surveys of several PCT owned and leased estates together with high level surveys of G.P premises. The company has also undertaken surveys and appraisals of all G.P practices throughout the whole of Wales for Welsh Health Estates. Property Tectonics has, in-house, the multi-disciplinary skills and experience to provide the best possible service to Primary Care customers. It has developed bespoke software specifically for use by PCT's in managing their estates.
