Property Tectonics win Fusion21 contract

Property and construction consultants Property Tectonics (pt) are pleased to announce that they have been selected to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) for Housing Association Coordinators, Fusion21. The legislation comes as part of the European Directive to tackle climate change and stipulates that all commercial buildings being sold or leased must have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

Fusion21 is a strategic partnership between several North West Housing Associations, including one of Property Tectonics legendary customers, The Regenda Group.

pt will ensure successful delivery of Fusion21’s targets with their national network of over 1000 Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA’s) and over two decades of experience in this field. The company also provides their innovative software, Lifespan SAP which offers a simple and effective method of collecting survey results and the pt-energy portal to manage all the void instructions.
