New Display Energy Certificate Software Launched By Property Tectonics

Property Tectonics has launched Lifespan-DEC, the latest addition to its Lifespan software range. The software which has been approved by government provides Commercial Energy Assessors with an alternative interface to the standard DEC ORCalc calculation engine. At present the majority of DECs are produced using the Governments desktop Operational Rating Calculator software.

Lifespan-DEC is a very user friendly interface which provides an easy to use and logical data inputting methodology. The facility is all web-based and therefore provides all the benefits of a seamless start to finish process and has none of the disadvantages associated with desktop software. For example, everything is automated which eliminates the need for users to update the software; desktop systems need files downloading by users on a regular basis.
