pt staff support RICS Assessment of Professional Competence

pt continues to provide its support for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence through the contribution of staff from both its Manchester and St Albans offices, acting as assessors and APC doctors. Through this support and involvement with the APC process pt is able to take an active role as an employer in helping to maintain the quality and competence of new surveyors within the profession.

The knowledge and experience of the relevant people involved enables pt to assist the RICS in the continuous improvement and development of the APC and to assist candidates from other firms and organisations with relevant advice and support. Such activities are encouraged by the company and is part of the company ethos of being good citizens, putting something back into the profession and the community it is privileged to belong.
