pt Building Standards a Safe Wicket For Lancashire Cricket ClubLeading Manchester-based building consultancy Property Tectonics (pt) is playing a key role in the regeneration of Old Trafford Cricket Ground. pt’s Building Standards team will oversee the construction of temporary facilities being used during refurbishment work to the 150-year-old home stadium. The historic home of Lancashire County Cricket is undergoing a massive regeneration project which will turn it into one of the country’s premier sports venues and create up to 2,000 jobs. pt will ensure the temporary hospitality and events marquee - which will stand for 18 months and can cater for up to 850 guests - will comply to current Building Regulations and Health and Safety Legislation standards.
