Property Tectonics Energy Portal Blasts Off Property Tectonics’ (pt) energy portal has proven a huge success since its recent launch - with up to 50 new instructions for EPCs being received daily. The innovative portal - which links its users with pt’s energy assessors and its software facilities - has also gained recognition with several large social housing associations. The new system allows pt’s clients to request energy surveys to be carried out and get energy certificates back quickly, economically and efficiently. Each customer has its own individual and free to use database facility within the portal, enabling them to log on and track data on all of their housing and property stock simultaneously. pt has a national network of over 200 domestic energy assessors who are fully trained and government registered.
