Property Tectonics Quality Assured for the Environment

Property Tectonics (pt) is pleased to announce that it has achieved ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Standards) accreditation. Whilst led by pt’s Quality Committee it has been a team effort and every member of staff has been incredibly enthusiastic and committed to avoiding waste, saving energy and becoming more environmentally friendly.

The ISO 14001 is a series of environmental management standards set by the International Organisation for Standardisation and assesses companies on environmental aspects within its control.

Etienne Humphries, pt’s environmental engineer said "We are delighted to have been awarded ISO14001 (Environmental Management) and to have it fully integrated into our QA system. The company has always taken its’ environmental duties and responsibilities seriously and this accreditation reinforces pt’s aims to raise awareness of energy efficiency and sustainability amongst staff, suppliers and customers."

Associate Director Malcolm Thomas, who featured recently on Radio 4’s ‘Energy Swap’ feature said, "The award demonstrates in a practical way our own commitment to environmental concerns as we develop and deliver a growing range of services and products in the fields of energy and the environment to our customers".
