Property Tectonics launches new energy assessment software

Property Tectonics (pt) is pleased to announce that the latest version of their Lifespan RdSAP software, version1.5, has been approved today by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) for undertaking domestic energy performance assessments and certification in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Following major changes to the governments Standard Assessment Procedure for Energy Assessment of Dwellings, pt has updated its software in accordance with the new requirements. This ensures that pt’s Lifespan RdSAP Software maintains its government approved status ready for the switch over to new software, scheduled by CLG (Communities and Local Government) for the 22nd September.
