Phil Beswick BSc(Hons) MRICS Director
Has operated at partnership level over many years in a large consultant organisation. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with particular expertise in asset management and building maintenance management and has advised some of the biggest organisations in the country on strategic property issues and related matters. He manages the company’s building consultancy activities in the North of England from the company’s Manchester office. Phil champions the company’s building projects activities.

A Chartered Building Surveyor with broad experience across the range of building consultancy services. Extensive knowledge in stock condition surveys, maintenance and facilities management for housing and commercial customers. Leads the company’s facilities and helpdesk services work and heads the IT software products business under the "pt Lifespan" brand. Dave chairs the company’s risk management committee.

developments constructed in Blackpool. He specialises in fire safety and for
the past 8 years has been actively involved in various professional
