Marks & Spencers call on Party Wall Expertise

Established customer Marks and Spencers has commissioned pt to act for the retailer on a Party Wall Award required for its new store development on the Orbital Retail Park in Swindon. Party wall awards are required by law when working on a wall separating two properties in different ownership. Property Tectonics will be providing party wall expertise and will be working closely with the store design team to develop the best solution whilst remaining compliant with the requirements of the Party Wall etc Act 1996. This ensures that costly delays and disputes with neighbouring property owners are avoided
