pt providing Building Control Service on Extra Care home

pt Building Standards have been appointed to provide the Building Control service on a five storey Extra Care home in Prestatyn, North Wales with Linford Group Limited.

This prestigious development further strengthens the link between the Linford Group and pt Building Standards. pt Building Standards are already providing the building control service on numerous residential schemes throughout North Wales with the Linford Group.

This type of scheme is becoming more popular as the demographic grows older. The self contained units of accommodation are linked to community style facilities. One of the challenging aspects for pt Building Standards is to ensure that the fire safety standards are compliant with the Building Regulations, which requires involvement at the earliest opportunity.
