Property Tectonics (pt) has undertaken a lifecycle cost appraisal for three separate housing developments around the north west of England. The Regenda Group are one of the leading Housing Associations in the North West and have recently won the acclaimed Silver international Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice and Sustainable Development on similar housing developments.

Life Cycle Costing is a process to determine all the costs associated with an asset, from acquisition, through to installation, operation, maintenance, refurbishment and disposal.
