Property Tectonics undertake pre-acquisition survey for national building society

Property Tectonics (pt) have completed a pre-acquisition survey of a large three storey 19th century building on behalf on a national building society planning to relocate their existing branch within Leeds city centre.

A formal written report was prepared to include schedule of essential repairs with accurate budget estimates with consideration toward the building structure, fabric, mechanical and electrical services.

A Type 2 asbestos survey was included as part of pt Building Standards’ commission
