Make the best use of your time during this lockdown period whilst working from home or on furlough, with attendance at our PAS 2035 online seminar
PAS 2035 is the key overarching document providing new standards in how to conduct effective retrofit existing buildings to improve energy efficiency. It covers how to access dwellings for retrofit, identify improvement options, design and specify Energy Efficiency Measures (EEM) and monitor retrofit projects. The standard adopts a whole house approach and defines the qualifications and responsibilities of individual retrofit roles and respective activities required prior and post EEM installation.
Join us online for an informative session with Dr Richard Fitton MRICS who will unpack PAS 2035, providing you with an understanding of the key elements of the new requirements in the standard which provides the framework for PAS 2030:2019 the updated industry specification that energy efficiency installers must follow to be certified and compliant.
This bitesize course facilitated by Property Tectonics’ Associate Director, Salma Crisp MRICS, provides two hours CPD and is a core module within our Retrofit Assessor Course. The seminar unpacks the standard to concentrate on the key elements and provides essential understanding for anyone involved in the domestic energy efficiency business.
