Property Tectonics continue relationship with Brent Council

After completing a comprehensive tender process, Brent Council have appointed Property Tectonics (pt) to carry out internal and external stock condition surveys across a selection of the council’s residential portfolio and related assets.

Property Tectonics is delighted to be working with Brent Council and supporting its asset management decision making. As a market leader pt has carried out many large scale stock condition surveys for well over 200 customers throughout the UK, surveying several hundred thousand social houses  over the company’s 32 year life.

Having recently completed three successful commissions undertaking Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) for Brent, the company is delighted to have secured this new instruction. Like the FRA work, the stock condition survey and energy performance assessments etc. will be collected using the Lifespan system, including ‘Lifespan Housing’ asset management software to store, validate and provide a comprehensive, interactive, web-based facility to support the Council’s asset management functions across the estate.
