St Albans Girls School re-development

Property Tectonics (pt) is continuing to work with and provide technical support in the expansion of St Albans Girls School.

The major redevelopment at St Albans High School for Girls in St Albans, Hertfordshire, includes a new atrium entrance and teaching facilities for the 6th form, together with a new dining hall, kitchen and development of a new £1.75m 2 storey 8 classroom teaching block. The project will also include new landscaping and a new dance studio.  Work commenced in October 2018.

Property Tectonics is providing full Design, Architectural and Project Management services to the school in terms of delivering an overall £2.5m package of new and refurbished facilities.

Works are now nearing completion, on programme, with handover of the building to the school due in very early August 2019, ready to formally open for the new academic year in September 2019.
