The Lifespan Energy Module provides a centralised platform for the user to view all their energy data held against each property. Going forward only the governments active RdSAP version and the energy module tab will be visible on your ribbon bar. Older calculation versions will be automatically disabled to minimise confusion. The Energy tab is designed to continue to provide visibility of data collected or lodged in earlier energy versions if required.

To view the information held in the Energy tab select the desired property and navigate to the Energy Module on the ribbon bar.

The summary page of the highlighted property will appear. This provides a quick glance at all the energy data held against that specific property. The below screenshot shows that the selected address has multiple RdSAP reports collected against it (RdSAP 2012 9.94 and RdSAP 2012 9.92).

When either of these are selected, the summary page will display the Energy Efficient Ratings, Last Lodged EPC, and Improvement Measures within the selected report.



The Summary page also holds further reports that can be generated by selecting from the Report list. Simply click on the chosen report and the pdf version will be downloaded onto your computer.



The Energy Module ribbon bar provides the same functionality as the individual RdSAP modules held against the property. To view any of the full RdSAP input calculation within the Energy Module, select the required RdSAP version followed by the Edit icon.
