Phased extension to the school including new permeable car park to release existing space for the provision of a new single storey classroom extension providing 3 new rooms. Property Tectonics acted as Lead Consultant for these works, including management of structural, civil, mechanical and electrical services, also undertook the Contract Administrator and Principal Designer roles. Full planning permission was obtained including consultations with Sport England and specialist ground investigations surveys relating to contaminated land require installation of a gas proof membrane.
