Lifespan is a team effort, combining our software engineers' skills and our surveyors' expertise to create industry focussed and intelligent software. The company has a dedicated team of software engineers, data analysts and highly experienced business support staff working full-time on the Lifespan platform. The software is used every day by practically every member of the pt team to deliver our asset management services, for mobile on-site working, project management and energy services.

Our flagship product is Lifespan Housing Asset Management System (AMS) which is used by some of the biggest social housing organisations in the UK. Lifespan Housing is one of the most advanced and comprehensive systems available and is the only software platform with Government approved RdSAP energy assessment built-in.

The Lifespan product set has evolved and expanded considerably with the introduction of Government approved domestic and commercial energy software and demand from valued customers who work closely with us. These products include E-Count to analyse non-domestic buildings, Lifespan Project Management and Lifespan PPT which provides high-level multi-dimensional property evaluation analysis for social housing customers, incorporating complex financial modelling and social value assessments.
