Property Tectonics acted as Lead Consultant, providing professional services for the refurbishment of Deko’s offices at Exchequer Court in London. We provided design, contract and project management services from inception through to completion including tendering the works, obtaining approvals and undertaking construction monitoring to ensure quality, cost and time objectives were fully met during the refit of the 455 square metre property.

The Client’s brief was to improve the existing office layout to provide a better and more creative environment to meet the needs of the business and its employees. A number of key improvements were identified for lighting, noise and flexible workspaces to enhance team working as well as appropriate personal spaces to aid concentration. The project covered open plan areas, meeting rooms, storage areas, breakout areas, catering spaces, facilities for presentations and team-working as well as the general look and feel of the environment. It extended to building services engineering - lighting, heating and ventilation - to provide comfortable workspaces and environmental control.
