We devote time and resources to ensuring that pt people have the right skills and commitment to working together and delivering the business's core values. They have three objectives: ' to delight customers, make money, and be good citizens. Property Tectonics’ people have a right to say what happens in the business and are encouraged to participate at every level. All staff in pt are part of the wider team but also treated as individuals. Staff have quarterly Personal Development Plans (PDPs) with their line manager to discuss key roles and responsibilities and develop a unique set of key performance indicators. 

We are privileged to work with so many individuals and organisations who help and support us in so many ways. We celebrate the strength and depth this gives to the business because we take meaningful collaboration seriously. We also have partnering agreements with many organisations. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has always been important to us and we have worked closely with the RICS and the company is a registered firm.
