Property Tectonics’ people have a right to say what happens in the business and are encouraged to participate at every level. All staff in pt are part of the wider team but also treated as individuals. Staff have quarterly Personal Development Plans (PDPs) with their line manager to discuss key roles and responsibilities and develop a unique set of key performance indicators.
